Investment Analyst

Aves Lair is a global accelerator and VC hybrid firm that aims to create an ecosystem where visionaries, industry leaders, scientists, and investors are brought together to usher a new wave of innovation in the Web 3.0 space. Similar to our investment thesis, we would love to invest in young talent who desires to tap into the VC space and shares unique insights on the web 3 market.

Responsibilities:

In-depth research in defined areas in Crypto, Web 3, and Blockchain and write analysis reports and pitch books to support investment decisions.
Organize and run pipeline review meetings to present deals to partners and IC on a regular basis
Interview, perform due diligence, and execute contracts for accelerator participants
Work with operation team to maintain CRM and manage deal sourcing process
Prepare and present investment memo, one pager, pitch deck and data room on pipeline opportunities
Collaborate with operation and marketing teams and staff to promote Aves Lair initiatives

Requirements

1+ year of experience in Web 3 startups and companies preferred.
Fluency in English
Strong understanding of Web 3 markets, including Defi, NFT, Layer 1s
Excellent organizing and planning skills; Proactive in communicating and learning;
A great mindset of learning and researching different web 3 sectors
