INCUBATION service

Startups that are selected for incubation will receive access to Aves Lair’s resources for a 12-month duration, further allowing healthy collaboration between founders and mentors to focus on milestones and actionable items. The first six months of the incubation program focus on an intensive investigation into each startup and its respective business models.

The Aves Lair team utilises the six months’ time frame to identify strengths and weaknesses throughout the business while spending the following six months plug-ging and facilitating each discovered deficiency with the necessary support through: dedicated assigned mentor engagement, workshops, and roundtables focused on markets and investor readiness.

The startup will have a viable roadmap and shift the focus on achieving the objectives outlined in a custom roadmap around fundraising, product development, market access, team growth, and partnerships.

 

CAPITAL DEPLOYMENT

Aves Lair deployed from $20,000 to $50,000 each project. This funding is used to support product development, and launch, typically 3-6 months.

 

FOUNDER ROLE

Aves Lair’s incubation program can reflect the role of the founder. With our high involvement level, we understand the project’s needs, identify potential challenges and provide targeted support.
