Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in a community manager, marketing, or external communications role in web3
- Demonstrated ability to lead communities and convey messages in a manner that is inspiring, energizing, and entertaining.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and operate autonomously, with little to no supervision/direction
- Ability to build something from nothing and excited about the challenge of creating vibrant communities for Orb Labs
- Demonstrated ability to take light direction and rapidly convert into messages to be relayed to communities
- Passion for building, a bias for action, and are excited by uncertainty
